[kde-freebsd] Reassigning digikam-kde4 and taglib-extras to kde@

Hi there,

Someone came over on IRC talking about having contacted you about the
digikam-kde4 port, and you were surprised that you were still listed as
the port maintainer.

I guess kde@ would be glad to take care of digikam-kde4 and
taglib-extras; can we proceed with that?
