SVN commit 8336 by rakuco:

Copy trunk/area51 to branches/kde-4.8.95.

This is RC1; there are not going to be many changes until the final
4.9.0 release, but we need to work on the split kdemultimedia ports
and all that. I think it's better to do that in a branch so we don't
keep breaking trunk and make users rely on unreleased tarballs.
