SVN commit 8451 by rakuco:

Add devel/libkgapi.

databases/akonadi-google has been split into two parts: LibKGAPI,
formerly LibKGoogle, which performs the communication with Google's
services, and the akonadi resources, which have been merged into
kdepim-runtime itself.

Thus add an empty directory for databases/akonadi-google so the port
is removed by kdemerge when we merge 4.9 into the ports tree, and
adjust libkgapi and kdepim4-runtime so they conflict with it.

I will adjust the plist in kdepim4-runtime in a follow-up commit.
