[kde-freebsd] qt4-corelib dependency on ICU

Hi,

apparently QT4.8 has grownqt4-corelib an dlopen-only dependency on
libicu and configure script in qt4-corelib will happily enable it if
there is an ICU library found on the build host. Please consider either
disabling the icu in libQt or makig it an official dependency, so that
we do not get error message spit about libQtCore not being able to
load the library libicui18n.so.<x>.<y> every time libicu is upgraded
independently.
