SVN commit 8782 by avilla:

- Bring in first bits for Qt modularization: currently handling only
  QMAKEFLAGS and *.pri files.

QT_CONFIG flags are added to the module's *.pri file, so that they get
included when the module is installed. QMAKEFLAGS needs those flags to
override values saved in files (especially for optional dependencies).
qconfig.h handling will follow soon.

This is experimental, but given how long I've thought about it, it
shouldn't be that bad.
