SVN commit 8529 by rakuco:

Use another MASTER_SITE for libkolab/libkolabxml and update to the .1 releases.

Fetching directly from the snapshots directory generated by gitweb
made the tarballs have a different checksum each time they were
downloaded.

After talking to upstream, they are now mirroring the release tarballs
in a separate place (and we also got GPG signed tarballs as a
bonus). Use that new location as MASTER_SITES, and update libkolab to
0.3.1 and libkolabxml to 0.8.1, since these are the only releases
mirrored in the new place.
