SVN commit 8110 by avilla:

- Update QZeitgeist to 0.8.0.
- Bump shlib soversion in dependent ports.

QZeitgeist now has a buildtime dependency on Zeitgeist, but it doesn't
build it, it just grabs its sources (this will be especially nice when
Zeitgeist starts depending on Vala). Unfortunately, we have to ship
zeitgeist.py, as generating it on the fly would require still some
more dependencies. zeitgeist.py *has to be regenerated* on every
Zeitgeist update.
