It seems marble now uses raster graphicssystem by default. Try to play with 
kern.ipc.shm* sysctl, e.g set kern.ipc.shm_allow_removed to 1 and/or increase 
kern.ipc.shmall, or run marble with '--graphicssystem native' switch.
