[kde-freebsd] kopete-1.1.3 (from kde-4.7.3) doesn't support webcam

I can see my webcam in kopete 1.1.3 (KDE 4.7.3).

Did you start webcamd with the -H option to register the device via HAL? 
KDE4 depends on HAL for devices.
