 I'm not sure I understood this part. Is this the output you get on
 FreeBSD or PC-BSD?

 If you get a different output (in this case, without the
 '/usr/local/lib/libgobject-2.0.so;-L/usr/local/lib' part in 'Found
 GObject libraries'), there is a problem somewhere. You could try the
 PC-BSD bug tracker in this case.
