[kde-freebsd] konsole rename tab brings up tab format config?

Hi,

My box finished the kde-4.6.1 rebuild last night with only the dirmngr
failure on opldapclient w/ fetch support (which I promtply disabled the
fetch option and was able to build).   Great work!

I noticed, however, that ctrl + alt + s or rename tab seems to bring up
a tab format config and not a rename tab dialog anymore.   Is this
intentional?   As a workaround I used qbusviewer to set the title, but
they don't stick.
