SVN commit 6989 by xzhayon:

- Rewrite kdesparseco:
  * Adapt to "new" area51 layout.
  * Make it configurable with CVSUSER, CVSHOST and AREA51 variables.
  * Checkout more stuff, like UPDATING, Mk and categories Makefiles
    (to make it easier to add/remove ports).
