yes, it requires some actions. before updating kdehier4, you need to:
# mv /usr/local/kde4/share/dbus-1/services/* 
/usr/local/share/dbus-1/services/
# mv /usr/local/kde4/share/dbus-1/system-services/* 
/usr/local/share/dbus-1/system-services/

i will add it to UPDATING, only when i'll be ready to write instructions for 
all the kde ports, thus right before the CFT (consider that at the 
moment half of the ports will fail)
