I suggest taking this upstream (by either filing a bug report in bugs.kde.org 
or talking to the kde-accessibility mailing list), as I guess most of us here 
do not use Jovie. And please provide more information when you contact 
upstream (what you were doing or trying to do, what failed, what error 
messages you got etc).
