[kde-freebsd] New version of webcamd and cuse4bsd available

I have changed nothing but rebooted. The messages disappeared and 
kaffeine picks up the device. I must have missed to restart some daemon 
or kernel module.

My DVB-T stick works, now with HAL. My webcam still works as before.
