[kde-freebsd] editors/koffice-kde4 and sysutils/k3b-kde4 build failures (qt3/kde3)

editors/koffice-kde4 includes /usr/local/include/ before 
/usr/local/kde4/include and /usr/local/include/qt4/* and thus fails to 
build because of files from kdelibs-3.5.10_6 and qt-3.3.8_10. Later, it 
links against libs from these packages.

sysutils/k3b-kde4 links against /usr/local/lib/libkcddb.so.1 from
kdemultimedia-3.5.10_4 and thus fails to build (as I reported in May: 
http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-freebsd/2010-May/008453.html ).
