genkdmconf is run automatically when starting "/usr/local/kde4/bin/kdm",
often done in /etc/ttys.

If you look at the kdm command, its just a small script, and if
/usr/local/kde4/share/config/kdm/kdmrc is empty, then genkdmconf gets
called to populate that dir, along with the unquoted sh statement :)
