 This is not a port bug. Problem found only on 9-HEAD and bug is on bsd
 tar in current: see message with subject 'bin/tar incorrectly parse
 '[^...]' patterns in --exclude' freebsd-current@
 As result string 
 --exclude '${DISTNAME}/extensions/nsplugin/src/[^q]*'
 from Makefile works incorrect
