[kde-freebsd] Unable to start KDE4

% pkg_info -W /usr/local/kde4/bin/startkde4

/usr/local/kde4/bin/startkde4 was installed by package 
kdebase-workspace-4.4.3

So at least on my machine, kdebase-workspace definitely did install a 
startkde4 script. It also installed:

/usr/local/kde4/bin/safestartkde
/usr/local/kde4/bin/startkde
