[kde-freebsd] xmms playlist appears broke after icu update

My xmms wil still play a single .mp3, but when I try to add it to the 
playlist, the playlist is garbled.

It may be a problem due to my update failing on avahi-app, and when I rebuilt 
the ports, I used the list spewed by portupgrade.  I may have used the list 
backwards.

I'll try portupgrade -fr icu again, but that takes DAYS...
