I reported this bug to FreeBSD kde mailing list *and* to -current;
and I think, it is not a bug in KDE, but somehow in the FreeBSD
ports in -current, i.e. in one of the ports a build of KDE is
making.

and: you can't file a KDE3 bug at all today.
