As mentioned in IRC, it is not quite ready for prime time, so I put it into 
the branch to make it availible to those wishing to test and/or fix it up. I 
will arrange to migrate it over this evening.

I am certainly not one for a lot of rules, but we need to make available some 
concepts of best practices so we don't have a repeat of this sitution.

We are a small team, it should not be so hard to share knowledge around the 
group of us.
