[kde-freebsd] Qt 4.5.3 is on the way

Hey all.

Just to minimize any duplication of effort, I am announcing here and now I am 
preparing a first run of 4.5.3 for area51. I am going to commit it to 
branches/qt-4.5 in about 4 or 5 hours time and then we can all have a whirl 
at it.
