[kde-freebsd] Fix for building kdegraphics/kamera

Hello,

With commit 969246[1], the existence of va_copy and __va_copy is
properly checked. If the commit isn't reverted (I couldn't contact the
maintainer as there seemed to be none), it should make it unnecessary
to have kdegraphics/files/patch-kamera-config-kamera.h in ports.
