[kde-freebsd] unable to use Kmail: "could not start process for imap"

I had similar issues once (around 4.2.0 I think). I reinstalled kde4 and 
removed .kde4

Both things really suck, but after that quite a few problems including that 
one dissappeared.

P.S: instead of removeing .kde4 you can move it and later remerge old settings 
one-by-one, that might save  time (or not).
