[kde-freebsd] Is there a pkg released for kdelibs-4.2.3 ?

KDE 4.2.3 has not been released yet. That won't be until May 6th. Tarballs 
were released early to packagers, but that's because it takes a while to 
prepare packages. Nothing is official yet.
