Two potential issues I'm seeing here.

1. What version of Qt are you using?  If you have 4.5 from Area51, the
Amarok 2.0.x series has problems with it.  The recently released
version 2.1 is supposed to correct that.  I have a port update in
progress but it requires two supporting ports (qtscriptgenerator and
taglib-extras) that are not in the ports tree.  I have ports ready for
those too, but I haven't submitted any PRs for them yet.

2. I seem to remember a posting on the Amarok mailing list about
InnoDB tables not being supported
(http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/amarok/2009-March/007869.html is the
one I think I'm remembering).  Try getting it to use MyISAM tables for
the Amarok stuff and see if that helps.
