And real fix comed with rev 5194 :) 

I see the problem. Packages, which claims as parts of kdesupport project, want
to be placed under ${KDE4_PREFIX}. But ${KDE4_PREFIX}/[s]bin is not in make
$PATH, and all kdesupport's binaries (like soprano's onto2vocabularyclass) is
unusable.
