[kde-freebsd] konsole

hallo all,

i have problem with kde4.1.1 on FreeBSD -RELEASE.
i can't open the konsole. i use xterm with bournrshell.
the konsole its blinking up for a short timt and broken down.
in the kde-menu under applications i have a icon with a question mark (?).

can you help me?
