[kde-freebsd] Need patch for FindGettext.cmake in kdelibs4 version 4.1.85

Hi all.

It appears that the patch file named
patch-cmake-modules-FindGettext.cmake (which was deleted in revision
4365) for kdelibs4 is still required.  Without it, external programs
depending on kdelibs4 and requiring gettext support are not finishing
the configure phase properly (tested on ktorrent and amarok2 ports).
I've confirmed this behavior occurs for me in both local and tinderbox
builds.
