Compile time appears fine from what I can tell, it takes a good 20 
minutes on my system here as well.

Max, how about these new py-qt4 and py-sip ports? They look like the 
same updates I did in my update, will you also be able to take a look at 
adding kdebindings4 and the kdeadmin4 / kdeutilities4 updates?
