[kde-freebsd] Problem about ccache and KDE4

Hi,

I was building kdelibs4, and failed.
The configuration process says "Configuring Done" in the middle, and said

-- Configuring done
You have changed variables that require your cache to be deleted.
Configure will be re-run and you may have to reset some variables.
The following variables have changed:
CMAKE_C_COMPILER= cc
CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER= c++

-- The C compiler identification is GNU

And it started to configure again, and failed soon saying Phonon not found.
It seems like that in the second pass, KDE4_PREFIX is not set. So
phonon cannot be found.

After I set environment variable NOCCACHE=1, the configuration
finished after the first pass.
