[kde-freebsd] Removing the patch for kdepimlibs4?

Hey there, dear porters,

I'm sending this via e-mail instead of just pinging you on IRC because
I'm sure I'll forget to do that.

There's a patch for kdepimslib4 that changes the location of the
ical.h header for the cmake checks. It doesn't seem necessary now, as
there's an ical.h inside libical/.
