[kde-freebsd] OSSv4 and trunk's kdemultimedia

Hi there,

Recently I've had problems compiling kdemultimedia from trunk.
Basically, the code in kdemultimedia/kmix/mixer_oss4.cpp can't find
some defines that should be present in /usr/include/sys/soundcard.h,
such as MIXF_PCMVOL or MIXT_STEREOSLIDER16.

Looking at /usr/include/sys/soundcard.h, it looks like OSSv4
integration is still a work in progress, even though it defines
SOUND_VERSION as 0x040000, which makes kmix include the code for
OSSv4.

What is the real state of OSSv4 support? Should kmix be patched to use OSSv3?
