[kde-freebsd] portupgrade to 4.3.0 -- preliminary UPDATING notes?

I know from ports/137451 that you are working on an UPDATING entry for 
the 4.3.0 update, but considering that others are stumbling into the 
same issue right now as I do, is there anything preliminary?

I had to delete a few packages:
qt4-dbus-4.4.3 (does not build if installed)
qt4-designer-4.4.3 (does not build if installed)
phonon-4.3.1_1 (replaced by qt4-phonon-4.5.2 ??)
phonon-xine-4.3.1_2 (replaced by qt4-phonon-4.5.2 ??)
lzmautils-4.32.7 (replaced by lzmautils-devel-4.999.8)

Without these ports, I was able to portupgrade everything but kde*-4.3.0.

Currently, I am tring to portupgrade the remaining kde*-4.3.0 ports, but 
I just bumped into headers from qt-3.3.8_10 preventing the kdelibs4 
build -- these were problematic, but maybe there are more:
/usr/local/include/qdatetime.h
/usr/local/include/qtextcodec.h

Any advice?

Do I have to remove kde3?

Did anyone build without removing kde*-4.3.0 first?
