Starting KDE 4.3 phonon will not be shipped separately, only with Qt. Btw, 
phonon-4.3.1 is the same that comes with qt-45. If we are going to update qt4 
ports before KDE 4.3 release, then is better to fix KDE 4.2 build with qt4-
phonon and remove multimedia/phonon.
