[kde-freebsd] Qt 4.5 ports commits

I've just made a commit to the qt-4.5 branch that marks most ports as 
MAKE_JOBS_SAFE, as well as removing qt33 conflicts from four ports (gui, 
opengl, qvfb, webkit).

I had problems building the text codecs (cn, tw, etc), as well as phonon. so I 
have not touched these ports. (I tried David Naylor's patch for qt4-phonon, 
but it didn't work). I'll be travelling for the next week, and won't have a 
change to get back to this for a while. So if anyone has the time to look at 
those, that would be great.
