Thinking this over some more, I still believe QGTKStyle should be a separate 
port. The reason is that it depends on GTK+, which would make an odd 
dependency for Qt.

I've found some time to work some more on the 4.5 ports this weekend, and am 
poking about the qt3/qt4 conflict.
