You could try these ports:
http://makc.homeunix.net/kde4/ports/scim-bridge.tar.gz
http://makc.homeunix.net/kde4/ports/scim-bridge-qt4.tar.gz

Unpack them to /usr/ports/textproc/ and install.

I'll commit them when the portstree will be unfrozen.
