[kde-freebsd] Calling KDE4 testers

Fellow FreeBSD K testers

I have prepared a patch based on the current /usr/ports/Mk/* infracture, the
only change I made was to preserve the CMAKE stuff. The other changes,
obviously are inherited from their respective maintainers.

Please download, patch your tree, and provide some critical feedback, if
needed. Since silence implies no problems (yeah, right) I will commit it in a 
couple of days.
