[kde-freebsd] Could NOT find Gettext

 Everybody is good: -)

I use area51 kde 4.0.2 ports, has established kde 4.0.2. In order to use
Chinese, I have made simple port, but in "make" time, presents error  "Could
NOT find Gettext" , cannot continue to make. Consults you, how I should
solve this problem!
