[kde-freebsd] kde4 hangs again

Well at the moment it gets as far as the "black screen" and then
hangs there.

Anything changed that needs recompiling?

At the mimnet I recompile kdebase4 and it is looking for
"PciUtil" that are installed and probably can't find.
