[kde-freebsd] kdelibs4 build issues

Hi all,
it looks like kdelibs now needs the multimedia/phonon port to build and the 
pkg-plist needs changing to reflect this.

Be gentle. I'm fairly clueless as to how things are done in area51, so I've 
specifically left the Makefile's port version and revision well alone.
