[kde-freebsd] build errors in x11/kdebase4 and x11/kdebase-runtime ?

Did you try building x11/kdelibs4 first? I had a problem a while ago 
where x11/kde4 didn't build kdelibs4, but when I manually built it, it 
worked fine from there.
