Give a try for portmaster, it's a nice tool for updating ports.

kdelibs4 depends on multimedia/phonon, kde 4.1 can't be built with qt4-phonon.

kitchensync from kdepim3 depends on libopensync022, while kitchensync/kdepim4  
want libopensync. I'd like this conflict to be resolved.
