[kde-freebsd] kdebase3 packaging errors

Hello,

I've been trying to package-recursive x11/kde3, but I've got an error I'm
unable to solve right now:

Stop in /usr/ports/x11/kdebase3.

As I've figured out, kxkb is in pkg-plist, it has its source tree, but the binary is unavailable
after the "build" target. I haven't checked the other missing files.
I've found no accidentally omitted ./configure args, I've got no idea how to fix this.
Any help welcome.

So, what could cause this issue, and how could it be fixed?
