[kde-freebsd] Compile error on x11/kdebase4-workspace

i've told this in another mail, but i've been confused, so i'll repeat
you have to:
1. deinstall kdebase-workspace
2. upgrade kdelibs
3. install kdebase-workspace

since kdebase-workspace-4.1.* installed files that are now part of kdelibs, if 
you upgrade it instead of deinstalling/upgrading kdelibs/installing it removes 
the new files installed by kdelibs, so there's no error while you're 
compiling, but there is when you upgrade
