[kde-freebsd] Amarok2 port available for testing

Thank you to all those who've responded with changes and suggestions.
I've updated the port and attached an updated shell archive.  Here's a
summary of what's changed:

- Updated Makefile with suggestion from Max
- Added conditional options to the pkg-plist file for Gpod, MTP and Loudmouth
- Added corrections to Makefile posted by Dima to properly find third party libs
- Changed mtp shared library version to 8 to match current 0.3.1
version in ports

Port builds cleanly in tinderbox with a variety of the configuration
options turned on and off and all third-party libraries are correctly
found now.
