The setting of QT_NO_GLIB=1 does not affect the work last on an 'unused'
system (i.e. a system with just KDE4 up, one xterm and Konqueror, but without
any user actions); the CPU utilisation in this case is always around 10%:

CPU states:  1.2% user,  0.0% nice,  8.2% system,  1.2% interrupt, 89.5% idle
