[kde-freebsd] scim-bridge-client-qt4 ports

Hi. My name is Yuji TAKANO. from Japan.

I use KDE4.1 at once. Thank you.

However, because there was not skim, Japanese input was not
possible and was troubled.

I made ports of client-qt4 of scim-bridge.

I think that I am necessary for repair from a method Makefile of
ports may be wrong and a rule writes that it is not followed.

In addition, I seem to work normally.

I check it and revise it and will add it to a ports collection?

I abandon authority of MAINTAINER.
